Our Approach
Skylark Pelvic Health provides doctoral-level physical therapy services and specializes exclusively in pelvic floor related issues. At Skylark, we understand that this area of the body is personal. Unlike other clinics, where this kind of care is an add-on service or an afterthought, we’ve specifically dedicated our practice to the pelvic health concerns so many of us have. In doing this, we are able to offer you a deeper level of expertise, compassion, and individualized support.

OUR TEAM
OUR TEAM
Our Team
Cassie (she/her) earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville and has completed extensive training through the esteemed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is passionate about providing an individualized treatment approach, which incorporates evidence-based research and education, hands-on manual therapies, in combination with strengthening and conditioning to maximize the effectiveness of each session.
Cassie feels passionately about creating a safe space to share and learn, normalizing the symptoms so many patients bring to their therapy and empowering them with the knowledge to fully understand their condition so that they can take an active role in recovery. She has a warm and creative spirit and comes to her discipline with a unique perspective after studying music and working as a professional musician. Cassie is proud to be part of a growing movement of practitioners who are bringing insight to the public around pelvic-floor related injuries and conditions, which have long been unrecognized and underserved. When she’s not at work, she is usually running after her energetic toddler, Ellington, taking long neighborhood walks with her husband (frequently to their favorite coffee shop), and geeking out on the latest pelvic health article.
“Cassie is an excellent PT and an expert in her field.”
“She treated me for 6 months to address pelvic floor issues related to aging. Cassie immediately put me at ease, making it easy to talk about my concerns. Not only has it improved the pelvic floor concern but my core strength is better and low back pain has diminished. Cassie even showed me how to reduce chronic spinal asymmetry with specific techniques I can do at home. I can’t recommend Cassie highly enough!”
